Payment is required prior to you appointment to reserve the session. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48hr in advance. Late cancellations no-shows will be charged the full session rate. ## Arrival and Late Policy ### What to Expect Please arrive **no more** than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Wait in the waiting area until your instructor is ready to welcome you. Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if a client arrives late. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered. a no-show.
